What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 company in your set. A 10-company map costs 10 credits. The free tier gives you 50 credits every month.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire — buy a pack, use it whenever. The free 50 a month resets monthly.
When am I charged a credit?
Only on a successful analysis. If stratless refuses an incoherent set, or a call errors, no credits are spent.
Is it a subscription?
No subscription, no seats. Free credits monthly, and one-off packs when you need more. You only ever pay for what you buy.
Is there a minimum?
A set is at least 3 companies — you can’t map a field of one or two.
